Arihanta Institute authorizes each User to view, and in some cases download copies of the Materials. Users may download the Materials and may make no more than one copy of the Materials for personal use. Users may make no modifications to the Materials. Arihanta Institute retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Enrollment Cancellation and Refund
After a User has enrolled in a course (“Enrollee”) and paid the corresponding fees, the Enrollee may decide to not attend the enrolled courses, however, the fees will not be refunded.
Privacy and Security
Data: The only data we collect and save is your member login information, namely, name and email address (“Data”). To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We use Data for communications with you, and do not share Data with any third party. We may disclose your personal information we collect (name and email address) if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Use.
Payment: If you make a purchase on our site while enrolling for a course, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our.
We do not save any payment data entered by you at the time of enrollment for courses. Once the payment is completed, this information is discarded.
